After experiencing two extended power outages in consecutive winters, a Tates Creek family chose a 22kW Generac standby generator. We installed the automatic transfer switch on the main panel, coordinated with the gas company for a new service tap at the meter, poured the concrete pad, and completed all connections. The generator starts automatically within 10 seconds of a utility outage and powers the entire home.
